Canopy tours are a fun and exciting way to explore the natural forest valleys of the Sabie River. Glide along aerial cables through the treetops of the indigenous forest, stopping on platforms along the way to admire the forest canopy, birdlife and views of the forest floor below. The longest cable trail in Africa at 1,2km, the sections of the route vary in length between the 10 platforms and the tour takes 2 to 3 hours to complete. The trail equipment has been specifically designed for this activity and has been tested worldwide and built to South African civil engineering standards.
